We are currently seeking a Tier 1 Engineer to join our exciting and entrepreneurial company.
The Tier 1 Engineer’s primary responsibility is to provide consistent, quality customer support & follow up to all Lloyd Group clients. Address all client requests and incidents via the phone, email and web in a timely manner. Adhere to agreed upon thresholds regarding response times, resolution times and customer satisfaction metrics. Utilize systems to track and escalate all issues to management based on impact and severity. Schedule internal resources efficiently to ensure minimal downtime experienced by clients.
We are looking for motivated Engineers who are seeking an opportunity with a growing company. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the ins-and-outs of the Information Technology industry.

Responsibilities
• Troubleshoot and repair client user issues.
• Perform general maintenance and system administration tasks.
• Document and repair any problems found while visiting client sites.
• Complete project work assigned by their manager.
• Participate in rotating on-call responsibilities.
• Answer telephone calls from clients requiring support.
General Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
• Willingness to pursue professional certifications.
